While you cannot configure external decoded scanners, you can configure
communications with a serial decoded scanner using the options in this tab
5.5.13.21 Tether Port (COM 1)
Baud
Double-tapping on this parameter displays a pop-up window in which you can
choose an appropriate baud rate.
Data Bits
This parameter determines the number of bits for the data going through this port.
Double-tapping on this option displays a pop-up window in which you can choose
either 7 or 8 data bits.
